Rules for Students
1. Student studying in 3rd, 4th and final year of B.V.Sc & A.H and M.V.Sc. are eligible to participate in Essay Competition.
2. Competition will be conducted in two halves (Essay 1 & 2). Competition for Essay 1 and Essay 2 are totally different.
3. One cannot reproduce the whole matter of any review article, however he may quote the summarized version of any research article with proper details to authenticate has view on certain aspects. For all quoted reference bibliography is needed towards the end of the article.
4. lllustrative Diagrams/Figures / pictures to support the statements will be appreciated
5. The essay should be submitted on plain A4 paper type on single side with following specifications,
Minimum 1000 words, Font type –Arial, Font Size – 12, Line spacing -1.5, One inch margin at all sides,
Page no – right side top corner. Name of the student followed by college name will be on each essay page at topside center
6. “Vetcare E care Se Essay competition” should be highlighted in bold letters on envelope.
7. Competition Participation form as given in prescribed format is mandatory along with an essay.
8. The cash award of Rs. 2001,Trophy and certificate will be given to one student from each college.
9. Apart from winner, appreciation certificate and complimentary gifts will be given to selected articles from every college.
10. The list of photographs of all India winners will be published in Special Vetcare bulletin publishing from Bangalore.
11. Decision taken by judges will be final

We have received an overwhelming response for our E care Se Essay competition from veterinary colleges all across the country. Thank you very much. Keeping in view the usefulness of essay competition, some college deans and senior professors suggested to make this competition open for college academicians also.
We feel pleasure to announce that now E care essay competition is open for college academicians also. The rules of the competition will be as per the earlier circular, however there are some specific guidelines for this special category of event.
1. College Academicians (Guest lecturers / SRF / JRF /Assistant Professors / Associate Professors / Associate Professors / Professors) are eligible to participate in essay competition.
2. The rules for essay subject, essay-writing guidelines, duration; last date of receipt of essays and date of conferring award remains the same as in students’ competition. (Refer our Poster and competition rules sent earlier)
3. Competition form as given in prescribed format (attached herewith) is mandatory along with an essay.
4. Professors will be considered separately from student’s competition.
5. Three awards will be announced all over India.
i. First Prize – Rs. 4001 Cash Award, Trophy and Certificate
ii. Second Prize – Rs. 3001 Cash Award and Certificate
iii. Third Prize – Rs. 2001 Cash Award and Certificate
6. The award winners name will be published in Vetcare bulletin publishing from Bangalore and circulated all across the country.
